Side Jobs

For Home Watch Clients, Vendor Let-in & Lock-up, Vendor Supervision, Vendor Evaluation, etc., can be incorporated into your weekly visit at no extra charge. When they can’t, Side Job services are available at $50 per hour, 1-hour minimum. For ease of billing, Clients are welcome to keep extra funds (fully refundable) on account

• Rates may vary based on the size of home, location, special requests, etc. The $25 per visit minimum typically covers Fairfield townhomes and similar

• One-time 10-visit minimum for new Clients please

• One-time 5-hour minimum deposit for new Side Job Clients please

• Home Watch & Extra Help service is secured with payment in full, in advance

• There is no penalty or fee for cancellation

• Unused visits can be fully refunded or kept on account for next time

• All Services are offered pending my availability

• A “Drive-by” check is when I observe the front of your property. They're not scheduled or guaranteed, but since I'm in most foothills neighborhoods every day, they happen pretty often!

• Evening/Overnight service not available - except in emergencies, only if I’m available, and at completely unreasonable rates!
