At each Home Watch Visit I will inspect, observe, monitor, and report on the many Mechanical, Environmental, and Security aspects of your home, interior and exterior

Daily and Weekly Visits aim to spot potential problems before they happen, and help keep small issues from becoming big ones. Follow-up reports will keep you fully informed, with pics and video provided when helpful

I'm also happy to coordinate with your landscaper, exterminator, pool guy, housekeeper, and other members of your home care team to facilitate repairs, projects, etc. Whatever it takes to make your time away for Tucson easier!

Incidentals
Incidental services like Vendor Let-in, Vehicle checks, post-Monsoon checks, etc. can often be incorporated into your weekly visit at no extra charge. When they can't be, incidentals are billed separately at $50 per hour, 1 hour minimum

Rates may vary based on the size of home, location, special requests, etc. The $25 per visit minimum typically covers Fairfield townhomes and similar. Detached single family homes are typically $35

Home Watch service is secured with payment in full, in advance

There is no penalty or fee for cancellation after first-time minimum

Unused visits can be fully refunded or kept on account for next time

A “Drive-by” check is when I observe the front of your property. They're not scheduled or guaranteed, but since I'm in most foothills neighborhoods every day, they happen pretty often!

Evening/Overnight service not available - except in emergencies, only if I’m available, and at completely unreasonable rates!
