For 13 years, Clients have enlisted my help with one-off tasks and situations that needed handling while they were away from Tucson

That's why I offer "Scotty on Call" services; to be an asset to seasonal residents and frequent travelers who wouldn't mind having an experienced, dependable, and trustworthy problem solver on speed-dial ... "just in case"!​

Next time you're away, keep me in mind for post-monsoon Home Checks, Vendor let-ins, personal assignments, etc. Whatever the scenario, I'm here to help

What can I help YOU with?

  • A one-off Home Visit after a heavy Monsoon Storm

  • Take your vehicle to emissions testing

  • Check on Vendors to make sure they're doing their jobs

  • Check on your Home while listed for sale

  • Hand-deliver important documents

  • Coordinate delivery of new furniture

  • Let in and monitor carpet cleaners, tile installers

  • Document kitchen remodel with text pics and video

  • ... And just about anything you might need while you're away from Tucson!​​​​

My favorite on-calls

  • Drove Clients' Dogs to Denver, Seattle, Kansas City, and Minneapolis

  • Client wanted a family heirloom packaged and sent back to NJ to give to her Niece on a special birthday

  • Client rec'd $2000 water bill; I helped coordinate, monitor, and document the leak inspection and resulting plumbing rebuild 

  • Client cancelled their satellite contract and needed roof receiver and assorted hardware packaged and returned to provider

  • Drove Client's Vehicle(s) to/from dealership for annual maintenance

  • Stocked fridge and pantry for soon-to-arrive house guests

  • Client had valuable items sent to my home to avoid risk of porch pirates, I then hand-delivered to their place of safekeeping 

  • A Client sold a vintage cigar humidor to a friend in Chicago and needed it sent to him there

  • Client had arranged for a pool table to be delivered; wanted me present to ensure and document with pics and video that the correct unit arrived, that they didn't damage the house while bringing it in, that it was set up in the right location, was properly leveled, etc ...
